What: With a magnificent 750-meter ocean
swim on 4-mile beach, followed by a 20kn Bike, and
then a 5km run you can enjoy a truly unique
triathlon experience. All this, while visiting the
beautiful Port Douglas and Daintree rainforest
region, this is not just a race it’s a journey.

The event is catering to all skills level, with the focus
on participation. An individual event, a Sports Club
Teams Event (Tri clubs are exempt from this category) and
a Corporate's team’s event ensures a race to suit
everyone.

Bring the family up, have a race and enjoy a great holiday
in “paradise”.

Prize money is for the Sport team event and the prize
money of $700 will go to the winning club. Winners of the
Corporate Events will receive a trophy plus plenty of
random giveaways.

For the interstate visitors we are giving away 7 nights
accommodation at one of Latitude 16’s properties for up to
4 people. This is for early registers and will be drawn on
the 1st of May 2008.
