There will be glitz, glamour and a lot of luxury thanks to Hummers & Harleys who are giving away an exclusive stretched Hummer prize to kick off Carnivale festivities at the Macrossan Street Parade on May 22.
Port Douglas Carnivale general manager Roy Weavers said the stretch Hummer was certainly a head turner in town and now four lucky couples (eight people) will have the chance to be part of the street parade, while sipping champagne and toasting the crowd.
“The stretched Hummer has commonly been the vehicle of choice for celebrities and VIPs around the world, now some very lucky winners will have their moment to experience this total luxury product.
“Four couples will win two seats each in the stretched Hummer with free champagne and in-car music to travel along the street parade route.”
The 18 seat stretched Hummer H2 seats 16 passengers in comfort and style. The interior offers a perfect setting for kicking back and relaxing, with three bars to keep your drinks cold, awesome music system, cooling air-conditioning and luxurious leather seats, three LCD televisions and more.
Rory Murphy, owner of Hummers & Harleys, said he was excited to be part of Port Douglas Carnivale.
“We wanted to donate this prize so that other people could enjoy it too. It is a lot of fun, with a huge party atmosphere, and it will be great to share it.
“This is certainly one travel experience that won’t be forgotten,” he added.
